sex + relationship counselling

Some people are worried that therapy or counselling is like going down a dark tunnel or that it is an emotionally draining exercise.

This is what I believe: Yes, it can be confronting, but it is also fun and liberating. You don’t always feel good during a workout session, but along the journey, you start to feel good about yourself, right?

This is kind of like that.

Let's have a look

Does this sound familiar?

You've been googling and you think you may have something like:

  • Vaginismus /

  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Premature Ejaculation
  • Low Desire / Arousal Disorder
  • Delayed Ejaculation
  • "Something is not right about my orgasms"
  • etc....

Or take another scenario…

You’ve just had a baby. Your (or your partner's) body has changed and so has your sex life (what sex life? you mutter). You no longer feel like yourself in your body let alone sexy. Your libido’s non-existent and you’re wondering how to get the passion back. You feel misunderstood and desperately want to feel connected again.

Or maybe you feel guilty.

You have mismatched sex drives. Now affections have slowed down because of the pressure to have sex. You feel like something is wrong. You've tried talking about it but the conversation is going in circles. You're both frustrated. You want to have meaningful sex but it feels like the distance is growing. Maybe you’ve found yourself asking “Is this normal?” “Why is this happening?” “What else can I do?” “How do we talk about this?”

Or maybe nothing's wrong!

And you just want better sex.

I promise you, it doesn't have to be like this forever.

As a sex and relationship counsellor, I equip you with not just how to resolve your sex + relationship challenges, but guide you to improve sexual self-awareness, intimacy and communication skills, so you can feel confident to maintain your new found pleasures going forward.

My goal is not to have you as a client for life.

While some people choose therapy and coaching as ongoing support, I understand that some may want to come in and leave with tools that they can use themselves - which is my aim as well.

For couples, we’ll work through the tensions in your relationship and give you the tools to handle any situation. As the years roll by, you and your relationship will grow and evolve. We will  develop a “sex + relationship tool box” so that you can come back to it at any stage of your life.

It’s possible to maintain pleasure and connection all through your sexual journey!

Let’s open the channels of conversation so you can get the spark back in your relationship with yourself and/or your partner.
